Day 2 : Day of silence and prayer
On Friday, the capitulants were invited to enter into silence and prayer, to open their hearts, their eyes and their ears to the Holy Spirit.
The text proposed for this day of prayer were the Exodus with Moses and the multiplication of the loaves in Mark with these questions:
- Lord, what risk do you call me to take, what trust do you call me to have, so that my participation in the Chapter is compassionate and generous?
- Lord, in this scene, where do you see our Society? What are you asking us?
“This moment highlights a key aspect of trust: the willingness to act on faith despite apparent
insufficiency. Trusting in divine providence requires moving beyond our calculated expectations and taking a risk, believing that God can transform our limited offerings into abundance.” (Excerpt from the prayer).
Each one was able to take advantage of this time of retreat in the various chapels of the center or in the nature surrounding it.
The day ended with an official group photo, followed by song and dance.
