The General Chapter is brought to a close

The General Chapter of 2024 was officially closed on August 31, 2024. In her address, Claire Castaing rscj, our new Superior General, spoke of courage and risk-taking, of the value of vulnerability, and of transformation:

Transformation invites us to take risks, not to let fear have the last word, and to realign the life of the soul with its outward expression.  

Afterwards, the outgoing General Council thanked all those who worked on the Chapter. The conference was followed by the Eucharistic Celebration, presided over by Cardinal Luis Tagle. Over 100 people – both religious and lay – attended the mass and It was streamed to 260 RSCJ around the world.
